Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about CyberIntel and its services. You may browse and share it, but you may not copy, republish, or use our branding to represent your own business without written permission.

Engaging our services

Specific services such as penetration testing, incident response, risk assessment, and compliance support are governed by a separate signed agreement that sets out scope, timelines, fees, and responsibilities for that engagement. Where the two documents conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the systems and environment being assessed
• Authorize any testing activity on systems you own or are permitted to test
• Give reasonable notice before changing the scope of an active engagement
• Keep any credentials or access we are given secure on your side of the engagement

Limitation of liability

CyberIntel delivers services with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be found or that no incident will ever occur. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
